Widow Carries on Late husband's work

Ernie Hollands may have died 15 years ago but his work carries on through his wife Sheila.

The two were married close to 20 years and co-founded Hebron Ministries, dedicated to caring for people who were imprisoned, as she says both physically and spiritually.

Sheila Hollands Story

Sheila Hollands was born in Johannesburg, South Africa.  She came to Canada to attend Bible College in Peterborough, Ontario in 1963, graduating in 1966.   Sheila worked with Teen Challenge during her college years, and after graduation.  She returned to visit parents in South Africa.  She met and married Victor, who was a vocational missionary and together they served in the mission field of Zimbabwe.  They returned to Canada to pastor two churches.  Their home was blessed with three beautiful children.  Tragedy left Sheila a young widow with those three small children making her no stranger to the challenges of single parenting.
